It all depends on the period in which you place your order. On average, it takes about 2 days to make the leotard once the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid. The busiest months are August and September. Feel free to contact us and mention the date of your competition — we’ll let you know if we can deliver on time.
We also have an online shop with ready-to-ship leotards.
Leotards are made in the order in which the deposit is received.
It is not possible to return a custom-made item.
However, for any item ordered from the online store, you have a 15-day right of withdrawal from the date the package is delivered. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When you receive your leotard, you will also receive a care instruction sheet.
Here are some guidelines to help preserve your leotard:
•
• Hand wash in lukewarm water. Turn the leotard inside out, submerge it in a basin, and gently rub delicate areas with a mild cleaning soap.
• Do not wring or twist the leotard. Instead, lay a towel flat, place the leotard on top, and roll the towel and leotard together like a sushi roll.
• Afterwards, you may hang the leotard on a hanger only for drying.
It is not recommended to store the leotard on a hanger, as the weight of the rhinestones may deform the fabric.
CAUTION: Do not use fabric softener, household cleaning products, a washing machine, or a dryer. Do not soak. Do not dry in direct sunlight (risk of faded colors) or near a heat source such as a radiator. Store the leotard in its pouch in a dry, shaded place away from the sun.
1) Contact Form
After filling out the form in the "custom-made" tab, I will get back to you to discuss your project in more detail.
2) Sketch Creation
Once I fully understand your request, I will create a sketch (within 3–4 days). Modifications to the sketch are, of course, possible.
Any sketch that does not lead to the creation of a leotard will be charged €5 including tax.
3) Quote
Once the sketch is approved, you will receive a quote to accept. A 30% deposit will then be required to secure your spot in the schedule. Payment can be made online or via bank transfer. All payments are secure. At this stage, you will also receive a measurement form to fill out.
4) Leotard Production
The workshop in Paris’ 10th arrondissement is in full swing — there are probably plenty of rhinestones scattered on the floor!
5) Finished Leotard
When your leotard is finished, you will receive photos from the front, back, and close-up details. The final invoice will be included with this email. When payment is done, the leotard is shipped.
To create the perfect outfit, we tailor the measurements to your body shape. To do this, you’ll need to fill out a measurement sheet.
Here are a few tips for taking your measurements:
• Wear your competition bra and thin, form-fitting clothes (like your training outfit).
• Take your measurements in a calm moment — stay relaxed and avoid tightening your stomach muscles.
• If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a shoelace and then measure it against a ruler.
