It is not possible to return a made-to-measure item, as it has been custom-made specifically for you.

Online Product Returns

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the items to change your mind. For exchanges or refunds, please return the item in new condition and in its original packaging; otherwise, the exchange or refund request will be refused. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, amounting to €4.95. Delivery is made via Mondial Relay.
